Cascade Pool & Spa Services

I have a 12000 gallon in ground fiberglass pool with a salt chlorine generator. It's normally fairly low maintenance, but about a month ago it started turning green and nothing I did would fix it. I finally turned to Angi to find a pro and thankfully I got matched up with Eric at Cascade Pools. This guy really knows his stuff. He told me exactly what he was going to do and then did it in a timely and professional manner for a fair price. He educated me on some aspects of pool maintenance that I didn't know. The result is a crystal clear pool and an increased ability for me to keep it that way. I highly recommend this outfit. Thanks Eric!

After struggling and spending alot of money on chemicals and getting no where with our swamp of a pool. We ended up calling Eric. He came out and explained to us what the causes for our green pool were and what steps he would take to bring it back to life. He then went to work and after a couple of days we had our pool back. His communication and willingness to work with our schedule is amazing. I really reccomend giving Eric a call if you are having issues with your pool.

After months of struggling to get our above ground pool back to normal we finally gave in and contacted Eric for help! Our pool was a dark green mess!!! With his knowledge and experience he made multiple trips out to our home to get us back to a crystal clear pool! Our pool system is not the standard system used in the pool community, however, Eric was able to assist us and bring our pool back to life! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of pool assistance!

Eric diagnosed our pool issue and bought the pool back to sparkling condition after it had been "serviced" by another company that had let it become cloudy due to a damaged filter. He repaired the broken filter and gave us a great price for continued weekly service. Needless to say the other pool service no longer services this pool!

Margaritaville has a large blender decoration seen by all guests as you enter our premises. After a few years, our water decoration started to have a stained glass and debris floating in the water. Eric quickly answered our call and came out with an estimate for us. He showed up to do the work just as he said and gave us information to help keep our blender looking beautiful with regular treatments. Thank you for your work!

Great communication. Had to reschedule a few times because of the number of pools on the agenda before ours, but he always communicated and was easy to get in touch with. Did a great job, was honest, dependable, and answered all of our questions!
