Then when we finally found the right one he made sure we got it. He has a lot of experience and really knows his stuff. We knew we could trust him and that he had our best interest in mind. Very well , Tiffany Legrand was awesome realtor . She did an amazing service , very professional and up to the mark . She was always on time and very prompt and well prepared .She had a very good knowledge about this neighborhood . She has been very helpful with the purchase of our new home even after we moved in she has. Been helping with lot of things like home warranty , pool service , names and numbers of painters and other services we have required .

As I mentioned the sale of our house was a little more rough than the purchase. Our Selling Agent did a good job with ideas on staging,etc. however, there was less communication than we would have liked during this time. We had two buyers that fell through and I just felt like some of the normal processes could have been followed better to avoid some of the stress that went with this. The issues with the sale were not Carter Fine Homes issues, but related to Title company, for which we received credit on title fees. ? In the end our house sold four months after we purchased our new home and all is well. Kevin was awesome in support during the selling process, evern, though he was suppose to only handle the buying of the new house. He could have easily been done at the first closing, but he stayed in continuous contact and was at our closing on the sale of the old house yesterday. He truly understands Customer Service.

Wendy Frye has become like a member of our family. We saw her name on the internet and asked for her help in viewing some homes that were for sale. She was very organized, had print outs and tons of information on each home she was showing us as well as mapquest maps on how to get to each home. once we found a home we wanted to bid on, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process. Not only did she help us buy a new home, she also helped us sell our current home - IN 4 HOURS!
