good, except asked them to use new OEM headlight assembly, and they used refirbished, which they had to remove and replace with new.

Our truck looks like new. That would be enough in itself, but the cost was lower than the other repair shops we visited AND the work was completed ahead of schedule! They even washed the vehicle!

We had a minor fendor bender with another person (person accidently back out of a parking spot into us, but nothing major) and they were able to take a look at it and give us an estimate after a few minutes. They came back out and we were surpirsed at the price. We went ahead and scheduled the service on Mon. We were not able to get the car back until Tuesday, but the service was excellent! We could not even tell the bumper was scratched at all! We highly recommend them and will continue to have body work done by Kelly Collision!

My vehicle was sent to this service provider after a terrible experience with Caliber Collision. Most of the contact was done through my Insurance company, but they were very good about keeping me informed of all work that was being done. My rear bumper was replaced and painted correctly on the first attempt. They even noticed a couple of other small dents that were missed by the previous collision center and repaired them as well. As the cost for the service was paid by my auto insurance, I cannot comment on the price, but i would absolutely recommend this service center.

There were delays in the repair, but that was because they were sent the wrong hood. After picking up my car I brought it back for an issue that turned out to be caused by a burnt out turn signal light that I hadn't noticed, but they fixed it in a few minutes and buffed my old headlight to match the new one. It was way better service than I was used to getting in San Antonio.

The company repaired a significant dent in the side of my Honda CRV. The repair and the necessary paint job left my vehicle looking like new. The service was prompt and reasonably priced.

They wasn't anything that they could do better; we were very pleased. They gave an estimate and nothing changed, the car was done on time, and it looks great. We would absolutely use them again.

The insurance had covered the accident for us. I thought the job went very well. They had done a very good job on my truck and had done it fast. It looks like the rest of my truck now.

The work was done on time, the result was a repair that did not appear to be a repair job. Unlike other shops, this one was willing to straighten rather than replace the damaged parts. I cannot tell that the parts had been damaged and then repaired. The shop went the extra mile by feathering the paint job so you could not tell where the new paint ended and the original paint stopped - even though I did not pay for that. They also did little extras like wash the whole car, clean and treat the tires, dash and steering wheel with Armor All. The service writer was very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this shop and would go back again.
