Richard Wilson arrived an hour and 45 minutes after the agreed upon time. He left the carpets very wet. The pet stain was not adequately addressed. He was not physically capable of moving the furniture as promised in the ad. The "deodorizer" made our previously non-scented carpet smell very VERY bad. He charged me for four rooms, despite it only being a living room and dining area. Richard is the owner. He was more concerned about being "right" than correcting this problem. Our carpet was not old or in bad shape. He refused to return to address my concerns within the week.

Carpet Pros did a great job of cleaning my carpets. They were able to get all my stains up that other companies tried to get up but couldn't. The high traffic areas even came out looking like new. There was no residue left anywhere. They were able to get my carpets done quickly.
