About us
Carlson's Flooring is a family owned and operated flooring business which was started by my father Jeff Carlson Sr. He started installing floors 30 years ago. In 1986, he opened the doors to his very own company and since then he has worked with contractors, builders, & homeowners to build the company to where it is today. I am Jeff Carlson Jr. the second generation of Carlson's Flooring, my father has taken me to jobsites for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I worked my way through high school and college as an installer and upon graduation I have helped to take on my dad's role in the company. My father and I were born and raised in San Antonio, TX as well as our family. We care about our community and do our part to give back. My father is a lifetime member of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, as a Raffle-Committee member where he raises money for kids to attend college. We also donate to local churches and schools. This is our home too, and like our company, we want to see our community prosper and continue to grow! Here at Carlson’s Flooring we offer several affordable options for financing. FABULOUS!! They tore out the carpeting, hauled it away - leveled the floor - installed the wood flooring. I had this done in three rooms of my home and it took them about four days to complete this installation.
I was allowed to bring wood samples home with me to get a better idea of what would work and what wouldn't. They were so patient with me while I was making my decision.
The two men who did the installation were WONDERFUL! Definitely the "A" Team!!! Extremely professional and courteous and knowledgeable. They explained every step of this process in detail and told me how to care for the floors. And they had some heavy furniture to move and there wasn't one chip or ding either with the furniture or the walls or the new flooring!!!! They did better than moving companies in the care they took with each piece of furniture!!!
By the time they completed this work, I felt like I had not only gained beautiful new flooring, but I had made new friends!!!
I would use Carlson's Flooring again and again! You might get the same material for a little less going to another store, but you sure won't get the OUTSTANDING customer care that Carlson's gives to each of their clients!!!
