The caretaker was doing a great job after two weeks she spend more time on cell phone the on the internet instead of helping my wife with bathing and taking her to her appointments. Several times she left after my wife fell asleep and she leave to met boyfriend for lunch 3 hours later it was time for her to leave. We cancelled our services after that . Then the problems started we were being charges for two weeks later for services never rendered. Two weeks after that they withdrew over 1200.00 dollars from my bank card without my authorization. Seven months later they are still trying to collect and send me threathing letters. This is after I have sent them several letters spoken with two different bookkeepers. and send them copies of my bank statements. I will never recommend them..

It's a good service. I've fallen a couple of times and a voice comes on from the office. They ask if I need help and if I do they'll call an emergency service and my contacts that they have on file. They also provide a smoke detector and carbon monoxide dectector as well as a lock box for a key for the emergency responders.
