They take a couple of days for the service. The workers are nice and friendly. We have been going there for a long time. We trust them. Sometimes they are excellent and sometimes we have to take it back a couple of times.

That had been good.  They had my vehicle over night.  My vehicle is really running really well after the work was done.  They were good and they took care of my pickup truck.  As a single woman, I didn’t feel like being taken.

The auto service, I deal with a man and I have been their customer for 30 or 40 years, I don't know but a long, long time. Their name is Car-Pro and they are the best in San Antonio. They look after my cars, all of them. They maintain them. That place is an absolute perfectionist. They do the job right. I don't even worry about them, I just take my car there and tell them to do whatever they need to do and they fix it up. I have been trading with them for at least 30 years. I have trust in them and that is what keeps me going back to them. I trust them working on my own cars. That garage is 'A'.

My A/C was running hot and after I saw smoke from under the hood, I took it to CarPro - they explained what happened and what they wanted to do first. After I ok'ed it, it took them about a day and a half and it was back to good as new! They were very professional and extremely honest. I did not feel pressured by them at all!

I will definitely come back here. Staff was friendly and treated me right. Did the work that was required. Didn't try to sell me extra services. Very honest, with fair prices. You have to make an appointment because they are very busy, but it is so worth it to have a mechanic you can trust.

Nobody likes spending money on car repairs, but if I have to spend money on my truck, I'm going to do it at Car-Pro.
The team at Car-Pro did a great job for me yesterday.
I dropped my truck off on Tuesday night and met the owner while I was there. Really nice guy.
They called me around noon on Wednesday with the diagnosis and I gave them the and quot;go aheadand quot; to do the repairs. The truck was ready my mid afternoon.
I have had work done here before and they always take good care of me. I never feel like they are trying to milk me for extra money. I believe that they are honest and do good work. I will continue to go to them when my truck needs some TLC.

Car Pro had recommended that the front left wheel bearing be replaced. I had to make an appointment to bring it in. I left the vehicle there all day. They did the work correctly. I've used Car Pro three times in the last year, for different repairs. I will continue to take my vehicle back to them for service.

My car would not start while parked in the North Star Mall on a Saturday afternoon...I had it towed to Car Pro which closed at 2pm. I called them at about 1:45 and said I would be towing the car there and they advised me that I would be able to leave the car there until Monday. I arrived at about 2:15 and decided that I would drop the keys off early Monday morning...however the receptionist came outside and took the keys so that I would not have to make an additional trip. I thought that was awesome being they were closed. I was called with the diagnosis and estimate on Tuesday they made the repairs and noticed an oil leak called me and also gave me a diagnosis for that problem and course of action....I was able to pick my car up at my convience and am satisfied with the service...This wasn't my first time using thier service and each time I am glad I have found this company.

At Car Pro's direction, I had to make an appointment; they were unable to provide same day/drop out service. I already had the pads and drums for my rear brakes, but was unable to put them on. Car Pro was the only shop that agreed to put on parts that they didn't purchase. I'm thankful for that!
I've used them again, since the brake job.
It would be nice if they opened at 7am, so I could get to work on time. They open at 7:30am.

Had the car towed to the garage on a Monday morning. I was told that they would try to get to it that day. As it turned out, they were unable to look at it on Monday but they had it repaired by Tuesday afternoon. My experience with them overall was positive. The prices they charged for the parts were about double of what the price for the parts on line were. The charge for labor was very reasonable ($80 of the $320). Overall I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The only negative was what I felt was a lack of communication on their part. It would have been nice to have been given an estimate of when the repairs where expected to be finished, an estimate of the cost of repairs and an update on the status of the car if they did not expect to have it ready when promised.

It went well. We have used them for a number of years. For the most part, they are very honest. They don't make repairs that don't need to be made. If we take it in with a problem that doesn't need to be fixed immediately, they will tell us. They won't do it just because we said it needed to be done. They are friendly. My only concern with them is their follow-up. They should call us back on the same day to let us know if they're still working on the vehicle and checking it out. Their price is probably average for the area.

Not a problem for my daughter to drive the car to and from College Station safely. Didn't charge. Have had all 5 of our cars serviced here and each time, they were honest, fixed the problem in a timely way, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend.

Very well. Roy was great. Very professional and prompt.

I spent about $520. It took them 3 days to do the job. I disliked it that they took 3 days and I had to call them multiple times to get information about what was going on. I did also get an impression that they expected me to be aware that the work would take multiple days but they did not make me aware of that. I have been to other car service people who will say how many days it will take. It was not done in this case. I liked the fact that they discovered that it would take 3 days and not 2 days. They gave me a complimentary rental car. In general, the guys were nice. It has been a while since I had the alternator changed. Everything is working fine so far. I will use them in the future but they will not be my first choice.

I have used them for 20 years and would trust them with my life. He?s a good person and everyone who works here fits in with having good values. He?s a strong Christian and treats everyone as he would want to be treated. I have referred others to him and they have come back to me to thank me for such a positive experience.

Car-Pro fit me in for this first-time visit on the same day I called, giving me clear information on cost and time required. Service was professional, friendly and informative, with useful recommendations. Would definitely take my car there again.
