Capstone Windows

Mitch & his crew were professional from start to finish. I chose Capstone because Mitch was prompt & reliable in answering my initial inquiry. He also offered a bid that was over $300 less than another Milgard window provider in town. Mitch was very thorough in answering my questions & pointing out options & details about the job, both at our initial meeting & on the day of the job. He was very willing to work with my schedule. On the day of the job, his team called to let me know they were on the way & arrived within the agreed-upon arrival window. They got promptly to work & were productive & courteous. Mitch came out to take a look while the job was in progress & discussed options of outside finishing so I could decide how the windows looked from the outside. The guys worked steadily & diligently. They did an excellent job, informed me of progress at every stage, & cleaned up very well! Too bad I have no more windows to replace because Capstone would definitely get my business! They handled my comparatively little job with respect.

They did a fantastic job. They were on time and came out promptly. They brought all the equipment with them and cleaned up their mess. We couldn’t be happier and I have recommended them to other people. They got the job done over 2 whole days. They sent 3 guys out to do the job and Mitch came out both days to check with us to make sure we were happy with it.

Mitch was very professional and prompt for all appointments. Once I selected the windows and signed the contract it took about a month for the windows to arrive. The installers were on time and completed the job within a couple of days. I was very happy with the way the work progressed and how they cleaned up behind themselves. In fact I was so pleased with the windows and the installation, I ordered a new glass door from Mitch in October. Again, the process went smoothly and the work was completed in a professional manner.
