They were on time. Two men checked multiple circuits, and found two bad plugs and replaced both. They explained everything. They are most professional. The bill of $100 very reasonable and fair. I look forward to using them again. Their office staff and service department were also most friendly and helpful and worked around my schedule. I am very impressed and happy I found them.

They are just excellent. These guys are really good and very reasonable. They got here on time. I will always use those guys. They are really professionals. He will first give you an estimate which is good. They did a very professional job.

I have used Cappadonna three times now. To their credit they are always punctual and do what I hire them to do well. My reservations about them are two: I think they charge too much for the service they render (but I would say the same thing about every contractor I've ever dealt with), and they take their good ol' easy time, which is particularly annoying because they charge by the hour. For any or all future dealings with Cappadonna, I will make a point of getting an estimate and holding them to it.

I called Cappadonna (210-696-4040) because two other highly rated companies with more reviews failed to return my calls. Cappadonna had only two reviews but they were both very positive. Now I know why.
As you may tell from the long list, the jobs had been piling up for a while. That was because I could not find an electrician who would return a call or keep an appointment despite many attempts. That was one of my prime motivations in joining Angie's List. Cappadonna was SO different.
First, Francis arrived to look over the various jobs the day after I called. He showed up ON TIME and was done in about 20 minutes. The detailed written estimate was e-mailed later that same day. Each item priced separately. We had to delay the work while we went shopping for fixtures and then waiting for two of the LED fixtures to come in at the lighting company (not Cappadonna).
Those fixtures arrived this past weekend. I called Francis on Monday to schedule the work. His crew arrived early the next day. Jesse and Vincent were pleasant, professional and efficient. All of the work was completed in less than an hour and a half. They did a good job at cleaning up, too.
Price was a little high because of what LEDs cost. They provided an LED fixture for a shower stall and another for the MBR recessed fixture they repaired. They also supplied the two fluorescent ballasts as well as the exterior outlet. That outlet and its installation was actually less expensive than I anticipated.
I'm not easily impressed, but if I have any future electrical work Cappadonna will be my first call.

Very well. They were honest and timely.

Our requested jobs are always done perfectly, on-time, and the guys are always respectful.

Called them twice asking for an estimates and was told some one would contact me. No one ever called.

Outstanding work. It took a little longer than I expected but that was only because of some of the re-work they did (without me asking) to ensure a quality installation.

This company was very good to me. Their office is near my home so they were very quick getting a hold of me. They treated me very nicely. All of the employees that worked at my home were polite and courteous. They cleaned up after they were done and took the fans with them. I didn't have to figure out what I had to do with the trash.
