Great! It was awesome

I contacted them during spring break. The workers were all leaving for their break with their families that week since the kids had off from school. I sent pictures to the owner Shane Kelly and he considered the tree to be a safety hazard so he got together a team to come fix the tree and pull it back together the next day. They did a great job. They came the following week to paint over the adhesive they had used on the tree also. You cannot tell the tree was cracked all the way down. The tree was almost double the height of my house. I am attaching before and after pictures. It looked even better after the tree was painted. The main thing it was not a safety issue anymore.

Shane is very responsive and very professional. I was extremely satisfied with his team. I felt his price was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. I give him an overall A+++++ Good Job Sir!

Mr. Kelly came out, inspected the tree and the condition to be fixed. He purchased the proper gage wire and connecting apparatus within two days. When he returned he completed the work with no delay; professionally and competently.

Shane and his team did a professional job of removing the tree and stump. This was a huge tree with large limbs hanging over my house and my neighbors house. I was amazed at the skill his team used to get the limbs off without doing any damage to the houses. Shane also impressed me with the cleanup. He stayed until dark one night to make sure the area was thoroughly clean.

Since my view of my back fence neighbor's yard is probably better than his...I can say Canopy did a very nice job trimming up his bushes/trees. The limbs were very, very tall and his guys did a great job making sure that the limbs fell where no damage would be done. They cleaned the area to perfection. If you want a job done well and quickly, I suggest you call Canopy.

He is a registered and licensed arborist. They do an excellent and esthetic job of trimming the trees with knowledge of how to treat the trees to avoid disease. They clean up meticulously every time and hold brush away. They follow our instructions and the teams are very experienced and I was very happy with the work that they do. They worked very quickly and it only takes one day.

Showed up when scheduled. Cleaned up not only their debris but some other brush that I had off to the side of the house. Did this without asking.

I had a couple of stumps that had to be removed because the company that did it the first time didn't do it right. Canopy was very good. They did a really good job. They came out and did what they said they would do. They were very professional. I had the best and I am going to call them back because I have some more work for them to do. The man was really nice. I have actually referred a lot of people to them and they all had good things to say about Canopy.

They were recommended by my friend. They were very knowledgeable and the work was done on schedule and as described. They seemed to know what they were doing and had the right equipment. They also stuck to their estimate. I was pleased with their work.

Their price was reasonable in comparison to other providers. They came out the same day that we called them. They really went out of their way. I thought they were excellent. The arborist who came out initially to make the diagnosis really spent a lot of time with us. He showed us other areas with similar problems, so we could get a better idea of what he was talking about. He really spent a lot of time with us talking about how we could prevent other trees getting this which was really great. He was extremely helpful.

I was very satisfied with the whole work done. I think they were very responsible people and they took really good care of the trees they trimmed. I was completely satisfied with the outcome. If I need them again which I might, I would hire them again. They also cleaned everything after they finished, which was very important.

I'm replacing a chain link fence with a privacy fence and one obstacle to the project was a trash tree that was about a decade old and had grown up to incorporate the metal of the chain into its wood. The fence guy didn't know what to do about it and recommended I chop it off at the base and "pour diesel all around it" to prevent it from growing back. Instead, I called my real estate buyers' agent and he recommended Shane. Shane showed up within a matter of hours and though initially challenged by the naturally "spiked" tree trunk, ultimately the problem, solved it and grinded it to oblivion. Very fast and responsive, excellent outcome and fair price. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Shane showed up when he said he would to give me a written estimate which I later accepted. Shane and his crew arrived a few minutes early on the day they were to begin work. The crew was very congenial, did their work well and asked if they had questions concerning what I expected. They completed the job at the time Shane estimated. They cleaned and trimmed over 40 live oaks in my yard and did an excellent job by my estimation. They cleaned out all the dead branches, opened up the canopy slightly, painted all cuts, and thoroughly cleaned their work area before leaving. They even shredded a huge pile of brush I had collected from a previous windstorm. As I view their work, even knowing what it looked like previously and having observed them working; I have to ask my self - what did they do? The trees look great and the fact I asked the question is a sign of great work. No scalped trees here. Superior, timely and professional work!
