Camp Bow Wow

They have a real big facility, and they have suites for the dog. They have play grounds, water fountains and stuff like that. Its just a great place. What I like about it too is they  have cameras so you can see your dogs 24/7. It is nice, especially when you miss them. You can see them playing with other dogs, that is kind of neat. They were there for about 10 days or something like that. It was $100 a day for 2 dogs. It was worth it. Its really worth it they do everything. They give medications and the give them a bath they do everything. I mean its cheaper if you don't get a suite. We usually put them in a suite. There are cheaper rates if you put them in a smaller running area or smaller cage. But we like to use the suites because it looks like a room. We put their own bedding, toys, and its like being in their own room. Give them an A on everything. They are just really excellent. They are a national chain you can find them in nearly every city. You can just look on the website under Camp Bow Wow it will list all the states and where they are located in those states. I think they do allow where you can pick them up for the day and let them play.

They have a webcam so you can check up on the dog all day. They are really terrific to work with. I was gone for 6 weeks and my dog stayed with them and had a great time. They really look out for the dogs. Their prices are comparable to others.

The staff is very friendly. My dog loves to play and that's what she gets to do at Camp. She made lots of friends. I will use it again. There are places close to me but I will drive the 15 miles to this one because of the care, interaction with my dog and her ability to play and have fun.

We love this place. Our dog loves it too. We previously boarded at the vet, and our dog would come home very stressed and anxious with bloodshot eyes, shivering. But staying at Camp Bow Wow, he came home happy and is NEVER anxious when we return there. He gets super excited upon our arrival there. He has spent day camp time there as well as overnight boarding. Both experiences have been very pleasant for him. The place came recommended by our dog trainer, and we have not been disappointed. A cool feature is the ability to see your dog online - anywhere you may be --with their webcams. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with this place. Every employee we have met so far has been a true dog lover and great with the dogs there. Highly recommend!

We take our two big dogs there and they love going. Being able to check in on them online helps us. Love Christina and everyone as they take great care of Lucas and Buster.

My male goes more often than my female because he is still a puppy and needs more activity, but they are always wonderful to me and to my precious babies.

We use about 4 times a month. They are the best at keeping our dog. A dog camp.

I absolutely love Camp Bow Wow! I was going out of town for the weekend. I called on Thursday morning. The girl on the phone was very nice and informative. I had to bring my dogs in for their interview which meant leaving them for a minimum of three hours. I actually left mine for seven hours at no charge! My dogs were very tired when I got them home because they played so much! I will definitely use Camp Bow Wow again!

Arrived at the same time a couple of other dogs were being left there and their owners said they were happy. This place is highly recommended by the persons I have asked for an opinion.

The staff was friendly and helpful however, the only difference I noticed after dropping off my dog for his grooming appointment was that he had a bandanna around his neck when I picked him up. Understandably they are not miracle workers and shedding is just part of nature, but he wasn't shedding any less after his bath than before. I'm curious if they gave him the Capstar pill that we paid for because he is scratching more now than he was before taking him. I never received a break down receipt of what exactly I paid for so there really is no way to know. They were able to take him as a walk in which was extremely convenient however, I think next time I will take him to his usual place and wait for the appointment.

They're very friendly. They know my dogs. My dogs get a report card every time they come home. My dogs love it. I love it. It gives me a break from my dogs when I need to clean and stuff. It's nice when sometimes you need to mop and not have them running around.

This is first time I have let anyone but family or closest friends take care of my dog. I need a back up plan since my friend is in hospital and can't take care of Paris while I visit my family for a couple of weeks. They answered the phone and all my questions. Told me I would have to bring Paris in at no cost to me for at least three hours to see if she can socialize. I took her to Camp BowWow and was pleasantly surprised to see that they actually decorated their facility with logs to look like a log cabin camp atmosphere. I toured the facility and they had glass front rooms with cameras called Suites and they had ample size kennels inside the building. For all the animals I was also surprised that it did not stink. During the day Paris would be put into a fenced in area with one wall that opens to an outside area with plastic curtain type flaps so she can go outside to potty on turf. I did not want her to pee on concrete because our house has decorative concrete floors and I thought she might get confused and I would have to re-potty train her. Everyone was very nice and they tried to assure me Paris would be fine but tired when she goes home because of all the play time she gets at Camp BW. When I picked her up I received a certificate with a two pictures of Paris plus a third one in the middle with two new doggie friends she made while she was there. I am satisfied that I will use Camp Bow Wow when I travel out of town and I might just take her in once in awhile for the play time with other doggies.

We have used Home Buddies for several years and Ron and Jessica are wonderful! They come several times a week to check on our animals while we are gone, often for as long as 3 weeks. Whenever they visit Jessica texts us to let us know the animals are doing. When we come home, the house looks great and all our outside plants are thriving--they even fill our outside bird feeders for us. We have one very shy cat and Jessica makes sure he gets treats too even though he is hiding under the bed. Along with the texts, she leaves a very detailed record of their visits. I can't say enough good things about Home Buddies.

I would suggest you call in advanced to make sure they have room for your pets. When you get there, you are welcomed very warmly with excellent staff. They take you dogs back to play while you fill out paper work and decide on food qualities and bedding. Once that is settled, you dogs are set. There are camera up online that you can catch a quick peck at your pet. When you pick them up, they come with a Camper card describing their stay and the other dogs they played with. This place is really awesome and you will love it.
