The gutters were not installed properly and do not drain efficiently, but the major thing that they did wrong was the roof. The crew did everything but replace the roof, and it took them 3 months. They painted the roof and changed a few shingles, but they did not replace the roof. They sent out a second man to clean up what the team had done and he said he was never coming back because my roof needed a complete makeover and that he was very disappointing in the condition of the roof. He repaired the area that he was told to repair, but he was not going to come back, saying my entire roof needs re-done. I have heard the same thing from a couple of other companies. He has sent me a bill for $3000 for materials. USAA called them "Storm Chasers" where they come in and try and get as much money as they can for as little work they can do, then the leave the area. USAA is saying that they cannot support me since I did not chose someone from their list, even though they did not supply one to me in the first place. I am now having to hire an attorney to deal with all of this.
