California Closets of the Texas Hill Country

I am an interior designer and had two closets designed for a client and ordered these in December 2020. It is august of 2021 and the closet still is not done. The rep Mariana we worked it was beyond incompetent and unprofessional, not to mention entitled and very cold and impersonal. We paid over $10000 for these very small closets and they have done nothing but provide an untimely, faulty design, shotty workmanship and poor overall customer service- from the rep, to the installers, to the scheduling manager. It’s all been a horrible experience. We have tried to escalate the situation to management, just to find them over stretched , and though polite for a change, have gotten zero done to help our situation. Still hoping to wrap this up within the year but who knows. Stay far far away. Services: Cabinet design, Installation, Cabinet installation, Custom cabinets

The consultant Misty was the person sent to our first consultation for this redo of our closet system.  We continued with her through out the process because she was very patient during the design consultation process and always provided solutions to my concerns.  This was not the first person to come present a redu solution but was the first offer solution to our our unusual shape of the closet.  She also worked with the habit we had in place with my husband using the left side and me using the right side so that we did not have to 'retrain' our habit. At the final selection and writing of the contract, we went to the showroom and that increased the final sale because we saw various althernatives that would enhance our overall look.  We love the final results!!!!!

It was a really great experience! From the initial visit through the installation, the staff made this look easy.  The planner was very professional and knowledgeable. The actual installer took his time and did an outstanding job.nowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
