C & B CLEANERS

The house was supposed to be "professionally cleaned" as a condition of closing for a house sale. Company was asked to clean the house from top to bottom, carpets vacuumed, floors mopped, bathrooms scrubbed and kitchen, including appliances, cleaned and sanitized. The kitchen was not cleaned at all, including the floors, refrigerator, oven, counters, or sink. We contacted the company and asked the cleaner to come out and redo the kitchen, which was in the original request. We were told that no one would come out again because the kitchen was cleaned the first time. This was not possible considering there were stains and dirt on the floor, the oven was caked with food, the counters were sticky, and the refrigerator had food spills inside and out.
