Top work and service.....

Roy and his team were referred by a friend. They had a reputation of costing a bit more than average, but also of providing A+++ quality work and super service. They lived up to the reputation in every respect.
Roy's bid was a tad higher than some other painters we evaluated, but we were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Work was accomplished on time and on budget, with trouble-free prep and cleanup.
On the pre-completion walk-through, my (detail oriented) wife could only find two tiny defects that the team readily corrected.

He did a wonderful job for me, did it in a timely manor, cleaned up everything, was courteous, and professional. I plan on using him in the future.

I called Roy to coordinate the repair of the ceiling and carpet cleaning which was scheduled to be done. He immediately set up the work date and time. All services were completed in the room which had all the furniture removed. Roy finished just in time for the carpet cleaners to work their magic.

Roy has done interior wallboard repair and painting as well as exterior siding repair and painting for us. Both Roy and his crew are dependable, clean, courteous and prompt. It's a small business to rave about!

This job was done very well. I got several estimates for the work. Roy's bid came in a little higher than some of the others but I chose him because I had him do some work for me before and was very satisfied with the results. I was not disappointed on this job. He did not do any spray painting. He used only brushes and rollers. Part of the job involved painting trim and a chimmney at the top of a metal roof with a fairly steep incline. Roy's team got the job done in a safe manner. Many of Roy's painters have been with him a long time and are very professional. Roy was on the job site often supervising his team and keeping me informed. The job was completed at the estimated price and I am very satisfied.

The only problem I had was getting a firm commitment for a date to start the work. They finally gave us a firm date, they showed up on time and performed the worked in a very professional way and it was very high quality.

This report comes after a major lapse of time so the dates and amounts are approximate. The interior painting at my house was superb. Gary Burges was very prompt and attentive when making the bid. His painters were skilled and professional. The price was reasonable and the job was done quickly and neatly. My next painting project will go to Burges without reservation.

Roy gave us an estimate and said the job would not take much time. He said he'd call us when he could fit it in between other jobs. We were not in a hurry so this was fine. Well the following week he called and the job is finished. The house looks incredible!!

They were very reliable. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up real well after themselves. They did a nice job taping the edges. They got the job done very quickly. They are a very trustworthy and professional company.

They know what they are doing and they are very professional. He gave us an estimate and it was right on. There were no additional charges. He came on time and he got the work done quickly.

My only problem was that it took them a while to come because they are so busy. I was very happy with their work.

This is a professionally run operation and it shows in the results. Roy Burges came out, looked over the kitchen and offered suggestions. He was most helpful in the selection of the paint color. All paints and supplies were included. His estimate was on the mark as to price and time required. The two men he assigned to the job were perfectionists (got this from the boss, I'm sure). They arrived between 8 and 8:30 each morning and worked until 4:30. Since they brought their lunch and ate in the truck, little time was lost. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. When they finished the kitchen was cleaner than when they started!

The employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They are a higher priced. Roy, the owner assisted in color selection. They are extremely good at follow up to assure customer satisfaction. Following the painting job, I had my countertop installed. They were willing to come back to my home for retouching some areas that got nicked.

Mr. Burges gave us an estimate as to what we wanted. He was on time and very professional. With his expertise we were able to pick the perfect color to accent the walls. His crew was on time and did an outstanding job of painting and cleanup. The job was performed in less time than was estimated and we were very pleased.

Work was done very well with a high level of professionalism. The foreman for the team was not present during the day, but the individuals he left to do the painting did a fine job, were minimally intrusive upon my family (we have my handicapped mother-in-law living with us as well as a 13-month-old) and were very courteous. They finished the job in the time promised and for the amount promised. There are no blemishes, paint-spots, dirt-tracks, etc., elsewhere in the house. Overall, a very professional job.

Our family room had the original paneling that was installed when our home was built. Looking to brighten the room and update the look, we decided to paint the paneling. I obtain Roy Burges' name from Angie's List. He won our confidence and the bid for this project. The paneling was prepared for painting. Two coats of primer and two coats of top coat were applied to the paneling. It has totally transformed the look of our family room. Roy's painters were professional craftsmen. The project was completed in the time estimated. All details of cleanup were done with exceptional care. Furniture was protected and replaced to it's original position. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them highly, and will call upon them again for any painting projects in the future.

Roy and his painter Jesse were punctual each of the four days it took to complete the project. Jesse was very polite and meticulous with keeping the paint where it belonged along with cleaning up after each days work. Furniture was moved with respect and replaced in the same manner. The ceiling beam joints have never looked so good. Jesse is truly a master of this trade. Ensuring satisfaction was achieved, and a top priority. The price may be considered moderate to high; however for the overall experience and outcome, it was well worth the cost. Using Burges Painting would be my top choice.

Burges Painting did an excellent job of painting my rooms. They were very detail oriented and they also used high quality paint. I was impressed on how they took extra precautions to not get paint all over and made sure that they cleaned up after themselves. There is no sign of paint on any of my trim or the windows. I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

Called right away and came out the very next day. The men were professional, neat and arrived when they said they would. I will definitely use them again, and in fact have set up time to paint my kitchen and several bathrooms in my home.
