Terrible. The faucets still leak and most of his work had to be redone. He was also surly, unpleasant and demanded money with menaces

He originally quoted us $85 an hour and he was here a max of 7 hours. He asked for $800 which is what we paid and now he wants another $247, which is way over what was quoted. He was rude and complained. Everything he did he was acting like he was doing us a favor. I would not recommend him to anyone.

"This was never an hourly job. A contract was signed that provided for a flat fee for the job. In fact, the client negotiated with me for a 10% reduction for cash payment. The contract price was reduced accordingly and signed by the client. If he in fact claims I overcharged him, how can he do so when he negotiated for a lower flat fee himself and formally approved the contract. The job was performed in a good and workmanlike manner and I mentioned the additional that was done at no charge to him, including labor and materials."
