BUGCO Pest Control

Had it sprayed before all the really heavy rains. Started seeing some bugs again. They happily came out again for free and did a wonderful and professional job. Joseph is amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

BugCo has been providing our pest control for almost four years and we have been pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the pest prevention. The company is small, honest, punctual, and reliable.

Bugco failed to identify obvious termite damage for home purchase. I am left having to determine type of termite and treatment because I don't trust Bugco any further. I have contacted other service providers who don't understand how this was missed. Additionally, the fact that termite dammage was missed on intial wood destroying insect report has possibly caused me thousands as well as considerable grief and alot of my time wasted. Be careful!

We are normally very happy with Bugco, but our last 3 or so interaction have been less that stellar. One visit they claimed to have come, knocked and left, but failed to leave indication that they came to my house, Andrew, the owner came out personally the next week. About 3 weeks later, Bugco no showed for a follow up visit (my wife said she saw a roach) and when I called Andrew to ask him about this, he said he was out of the office, but would call me back. He never called back.
In previous years they were punctual and do a great job, I am not sure what happened here.

I had seen a rodent in my home, I never used a pest company before . They answered the phone on a Saturday and made an appointment to come first thing the next day. They showed up on time and inspected the home from top to bottom and made a few simple suggestions. No treatment was required.
I really appreciated the honest service advice and will definitely use them for any pest needs I have in future. I highly recommend them!

) My real-estate agent recommended Bugco when we put our house up for sale. We have used them again and I am very pleased. They did my whole house and attic (3,000 s.f.) but went light on the outdoors and used granules outdoors instead of spray when I told them we didn't want the yard coated in insecticide and wanted something more eco-friendly; they also only did the sections of hte yard that were most necessary. They don't try to sell you on contracts, but I will use them every time.

They are fast, courteous, and complete.

They do pretty well and always call ahead. They show up when they are supposed to, do a good job and are very nice. They are like a non-problem for me which is exactly what I want in a service provider. I am on an annual contract with them and will use them again in the future.

They are very good and reasonable. They are currently working on the problem, and hopefully they will get it all taken care of very soon.

I spend around $100 on each visit. They do quarterly preventive treatments and if I need a pest inspection. I have used them for my real estate business for years. I know them really well and I know the owner. They are dependable and their prices are competitive. They just do a good job. They are very professional.
