+ -1 moreFor such little bugs, termites wreak havoc on your home, and wallet. I picked Budget not because I was hoping to get bargain-basement prices, but because they came recommended; it so happens that they weren't very expensive. After initial treatment, they offer a 5 year program where they will come out and re-spray ($89 per annual visit). Any termites that show up after that point (or during those five years) will be treated for free. They were punctual, professional, and did a great job. They took the time to educate me and explain what I can do (trim trees, watch foundation, etc.). I have had them out again for scorpion treatment, and they were just as consistent, affordable, and uber-professional.
Description of Work: "Termite initial service." (The siren song of homeowners in Central Texas.) This was to deal with an active infestation of subterranean termites that DARED to venture into my domicile. The specifications were to administer nastiness around the perimeter and drill vertically into my monolithic slab foundation to deliver "nastiness" as well.
