Pest Control
For such little bugs, termites wreak havoc on your home, and wallet. I picked Budget not because I was hoping to get bargain-basement prices, but because they came recommended; it so happens that they weren't very expensive. After initial treatment, they offer a 5 year program where they will come out and re-spray ($89 per annual visit). Any termites that show up after that point (or during those five years) will be treated for free. They were punctual, professional, and did a great job. They took the time to educate me and explain what I can do (trim trees, watch foundation, etc.). I have had them out again for scorpion treatment, and they were just as consistent, affordable, and uber-professional.
