We have used Budget Exterminators for over 20 years. Leonard (the owner) is very honest, punctual, courteous and professional. When we were adding a room to our house he suggested doing a preventative termite treatment. So we did and have never had problems. My friend added a room to her house about 4 years ago and her well known exterminating company (that advertises on radio/tv) never mentioned doing a preventative treatment. I have been using Budget Exterminators for more than 8 years.  The owner, Leonard, has always provided a fairly-priced and well-executed service.  His services include interior and exterior prevention and elimination. He is also a consummate professional, and extremely friendly and punctual to boot.  On top of all that, we never have a bug problem.  This being South Texas, and that I grew up here, over 8 years and two homes, I have never seen a single scorpion in either house. That's saying something.  He has also handled every fire ant mound and pesky wasp nest that I couldn't get to.
I'm very picky about the people I do business with and as long as I live in San Antonio, Leonard will be my go-to guy for pest control.  The man knows his job, is good at it, and is a pleasure to do business with.
