Brother and Sister Cleaning

They do an absolutely amazing job. They clean weekly.

Called the number in bold first and the voicemail came on with a woman's voice and I could not understand anything that she said. So I decided to call the second number listed and a man by the name of Joe answered the phone, which he then went on to explain that that was his sister's voicemail and that she didn't speak very good english. Told him that I wanted to get a quote for my friend's home to get cleaned and he said that he needed to see the house. We agreed for him to come out at 6:30 on Thursday evening. First he called close to 6:30 to say that he was running late, but would arrive in 20 minutes. So, I notified my friends, which by the way are an elderly couple. 20 minutes came and he still was not there. He finally showed up with his sister around 7:15 pm. First of all, he should post on his advertisement that they do not use any cleaning supplies; they use YOUR cleaning supplies. Second, he was pushy about wanting to get a cleaning appointment scheduled right away. Third, he was advertising his brother's restaurant business. This was a very unprofessional experience for my friends and they will not be using their services.

My husband and I called to get an estimate on housecleaning. Joe came to our house to look and listen to everything we wanted cleaned. He gave us a very responsible price ($80). We scheduled him for the next week. He showed up at 11:30 and immediately went to work. He cleaned and dusted our house from top to bottom. He moved furniture to clean behind and underneath it. He even watered our house plants. I couldn't have asked for a better job. We will be hiring him on a monthly basis to clean our house.

Update: I left several messages for Joe and received no response.

I am preparing to sell my house and my mother's small house just adjacent to mine. I called Mr. Santos and he came to my home to give me an estimate the same day. On the scheduled day, he and two other workers showed up on time and worked consistently through the day. They did an excellent job and I will definitely hire them again.

They are very reliable and predictable. They do a special project.

They were wonderful. They were recommended to us by another house cleaning company that could not do the service for me because I was too far. I like that they just do fantastic work. I spend about $100 on that service and think that their pricing is reasonable. My relationship with them is wonderful.
