I had my bike delivered from Colorado and it came to me all banged and scratched up from the poor packaging. I took my bike to Britton's to be re painted and whoever their painter is, did an AMAZING job. He was able to match the color exact. It was quite the wait but it was well worth it. Thank you all so much!

I'm very happy with the results so far. I took the bike in on Friday, Jul. 19 and Sean took off the old derailleur and put on the "new" one while I waited. He took the bike out into the parking lot for a test ride, made some more adjustments and took another test ride before pronouncing it fixed. The front gears shifted smoothly after that and I was able to get down into the low gear and back out which had been a problem with the previous setup.
Unlike many larger bike shops that only want to sell you something, I feel that Britton's gave me excellent service for an excellent price. I would recommend them very highly.
Another point is that Sean had the depth of knowledge to find the right solution given the large number of brands and models of bikes in existence.
