Bravo did a great job providing a quote, giving a thorough explanation of work being provided, and the installation of the AC unit went great. Jorge was the point of contact and he did a outstanding job of working with us through the whole process. The AC unit they installed has worked great, not to mention the price was substantially lower than the two other quotes we received. I would definitely recommand them and will be using their services in the future.

Mr Jorge was super professional, addressed all my concerns and gave me an amazing quote for a new replacement on my 20yr old unit. He was not pushy at all but was very genieune about earning my business on the new unit install. So he gave me a great Quote and found ways to give discounts by keeping my Nest and walked me through the units efficiency and savings it will bring. Jorge went out same day and look at and diagnosed the problem. He offered advice on what we could do additionally but was not pushy with sales. You can tell her is very honest and cares about his business. We will definitely be using Bravo Heating & Air Conditioning for our future HVAC needs.

I found Bravo on Angie's for those who are familiar with Angie's list a company must have excellent reviews. I was disappointed with Bravo. Jorge called immediately & arrived on time as promised. For those who have been without air a few days in the middle of Summer can definitely appreciate a rapid arrival. Jorge took his time checking and explaining in detail parts and what needed to be fix. Jorge also checked freon and the air handler. Down to earth and pricing was reasonable.

I was referred to Jorge by a friend after several other HVAC Technicians from 4 different companies all gave me different diagnosis which, in their professional opinion (I use the word professional loosely), we would need to replace the system or at least major components of it. Jorge showed up, did a thorough diagnostic, found that the problem was that our system had too much refrigerant in it. He fixed the problem and we're back in business without spending thousands of dollars. 

Without a doubt, Jorge is the most honest HVAC Technician I've met in the San Antonio Area . I consider him and Bravo our guy now and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to my family and close friends. He knows his stuff and is honest to boot.

We had other companies come in and give us an estimate to install central air and heat in our older home. They said it could not be done without removing and raising the whole roof. Bravo proved them wrong. They quickly and efficiently installed the system to the whole house, even the three areas that were additions to the original house. I would highly recommend Bravo. They are completely trust worthy and quickly address any issues or questions that I had.

"You originally contact Bravo requesting a mini-split system for an addition of Your home. We ask you why not a complete central air system. And You mention that a previous contractor tell you that you that it was not possible to install a central a/c to your home due to low roof. After we inspect the attic space and the possible location. We recommend you a central Heat Pump to be located on the hallway. You trust our opinion and approve the project. We were able to successfully install a 3 ton 15 SEER variable speed air handler in your home. The service way exceeded our expectations, Mr. Guerra as well as his entire team were extremely courteous and approached the task with a high level of professionalism which was evident by the quality of work they did, they left no stone uncovered. They showed up on time and went right to work removing the old unit and by the end of the day the new unit was up and running. The owner was not only on site the entire time ensuring the installation was done correctly but he himself worked side by side with his crew until the project was completed. In addition, Jorge kept us posted on their progress every step of the way. We asked him what it would cost to have a vent added to our guest restroom and he said he would do it at no extra charge. They also modified the utility door to accommodate the new Air Handler, this was also done at no extra charge. His knowledge of HVAC systems and his professionalism was extremely impressive. I would highly recommend Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who is in the market for an HVAC unit. 5+ Service. We love our new American Standard HVAC unit, it's still purring like a kitten, we couldn't be happier.

After being given options as to what size unit would work with our existing 4-ton gas furnace and given a detailed quote for all parts and labor, we agreed to a 4-ton uni to replace the old 3-ton unit and new parts in garage unit. It was a hot day and we had no a/c the previous night and were very happy to learn they could fit in that day our complete install. Everything from information provided to work accomplished and explanations of the new equipment was done in the most professional manner possible. The old parts in the garage were inadequate in size and also had significant mold. The house had been rented for many, many years and subjected to renter neglect in filter changes and upkeep. We were relieved to see the old air handler parts no longer in place once we saw how moldy and inadequate they were. As part of the package, a mold killer was also installed to help provide cleaner inside air. We could immediately smell and feel the freshness of the air when the new equipment started. The whole experience was positive and we would recommend Bravo heating & air conditioning to our family and friends. Jorge Guerra, the owner, came to check how the install was going and answer any questions we might have. We appreciated his concern in making sure his customer was completely satisfied. He also called a few days later to make sure all was running well.

5-Stars to Bravo Heating & Air Conditioning!!!!! I contacted them on Sunday afternoon because our central AC stopped working. Jorge arrived on Monday morning, was very friendly and courteous, and was obviously quite knowledgeable as he soon located the problem.  After replacing the defective electrical component, he also checked out other components of the AC system to insure that everything was functioning properly.  The price was very fair and I cannot thank him enough for arriving so quickly!  I will certainly be recommending Bravo Heating & Air Conditioning to my friends and neighbors!  Thanks Jorge!

I had just installed a 30K BTU Ductless AC. In order for the manufacturer to warranty the system I had to have a H VAC Licensed Technician test and  perform the service. I Had taken only two days off of work and called Jorge from Bravo and he Came in the next day even though he had a full schedule. The AC was first tested for leaks and any moisture removed then evacuated and then freon allowed thru. Jorge and Juan were courteous , professional and on time. I plan to make Bravo my go to guys for AC repairs
