This order did not go well. Warning to residential customers who buy wood from Braundera as they passed off to us poor cuts of wood. We placed an order and when we arrived to pick up the wood it was bundled. When we got home we discovered that poor quality wood had been place in the middle of the bundle. We should have inspected each piece at the yard. Fifty percent of the wood they provided had problems, such as: scarred from handling, stabs from the forklift toes, excessive knots, stained from improper storage on the ground, checked (cracked) ends and boards with full length cracks. While customer service during the ordering and paying for the wood was good, it completely fell apart when we returned the bad boards. They blamed us for taking the wood and they complained about what were they supposed to do with the wood they had sold us when we returned it. They did finally refund us for the bad wood but only after being very difficult.
