Description of Work: Final cost was 20% over estimate. Original time expectation was 2 weeks, but it took 6 weeks to get my truck back. I was very disappointed.

Description of Work: This was the third time I have used the firm in 3 years. The 2 previous occassions were very good and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service. The main problem this time was the length of time it took to get the the work completed (over 40 days)compared to the original estmate of 10-14 days. The owner Todd handled all contact with me and seemed to come up with a different excuse for each delay first Subaru sent a wrong part, secondly they were slow delivering the parts, then the wrong tires were delivered, a wheel had to be repaired and was deivered to another compsny instead of Bracken. Finally a week later the car was ready. The only remaining problem was that the ttire pressure monitor indicated low tire pressure when in fact all tires were properly inflated. The owner told me that the light would probably go off after driving the car about 50 miles. The car was driven about 200 miles over the weekend and remained on. I chose to take the car to the tire shop that installed the tires on the wheel and they recalibrated the tire pressure monitor and that fixed it. Todd did discount the cost I had to pay for the additional time for a rental car for days that exceeded my insurance coverage. I did check with my insurance adjuster who checked with others in her company a confirmed that a couple others had also experienced delays by Subaru in slow service in shipping parts. On the 2 previous occassions I dealt with 2 different managers for Bracken and I would have rated my experience for those times as all A's. I believe that the company was too busy for the amount of staff but that it is only my opinion.
