Todd at Bracken Collision saved me close to $1000. I obtained 3 estimates on repair of my front bumper area. Instead of replacing a lot of parts, he said he could pull the bumper out and touch up the paint. It looks as good as new and saved me about $600 to $900 depending upon the other estimates I compared it to. Todd also made arrangements for me to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday. Excellent experience.

I am extremely happy with the service I received at Bracken. From the moment I brought my car in to their shop I felt that they would do a great job. I'm very picky about my car, and since this was a brand new sports car, I wanted the repair and paint job to be perfect. I was very pleased with the end results they made working with my insurance company a snap. Bracken delivered on their promises and kept me well informed of the progress. They went above and beyond to make my experience as hassle free as possible. I would highly recommend them if you need any body work on your vehicle.

My car had frame damage and the roof was crinkled around the sun roof. Needed major work and I thought it would be totaled. Todd was very professional and pointed out issues the insurance company didn't even see in their insurance inspection. The repairs were made in a timely manner and when I received car back I noticed the headlights were polished and the car had been fully detailed inside and out! I couldn't even tell it had been painted! Hats off to Todd and his team for going above and beyond my expectations for service and quality work!

I can't say enough good things about Bracken. In my opinion, the cheapest price isn't always the best deal. It turned out both were true with Bracken. I had body work & paint work done on one vehicle and mechanical work done on another. They worked with my insurance company, explaining the damage & repairs, convincing them the initial estimate for repairs was too low. Without going into boring detail, I got a price that was FAR lower than I expected. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price that they quoted. Regarding the mechanical work, these were things I planned to take to a garage, not a collision center. Well, they do a lot of this stuff as well as body & paint work. There were a couple of relatively minor problems that would have required a major money spend to fix. Todd decided to not do them because they weren't worth the money. Good call. I will never use another shop for any vehicle work that they can do.

I was happy with the work that was done and the extra effort made by Bracken to get the additional paint blending done. The only minor complait I had was that the repairs seemed to take longer than I was originally told - getting the job done right was worth the wait.

My daughter backed into a tree and creamed the side of the SUV and broke out the rear side window. Then, a few days later I'm rear ended! They made an awful experience less painful than anticipated, and turned this into a real learning experience. I got estimates from a few places, but decided to go with Bracken Collision because the price was the best and because Todd, the guy who gave me the estimate, seemed to care whether I came back or not. He did most of the leg work between the 2 insurance companies and even handled the rental car extension when he needed another day due to rain and the paint curing time. The insurance co. of the guy that hit me would only pay for non Honda parts. Todd fought them saying I had Honda parts when their customer hit me, so they should replace using Honda parts. Apparently it's state law that the insurance cos can use non manufacturer parts as long as they have been certified. (Don't you love the insurance lobby!!) Anyway, Todd taught me about diminished value.....even though he had to use the non Honda parts (unless I wanted to pick up the difference) I could go back to the insurance co and claim diminished value. I have done this and will be getting a check in the mail for about $300. And, they cleaned the car inside and out! They even got old stains out of the seats! Bottom line, this one of the few times I have not felt taken advantage of when it comes to anything involving a car!

The experience was great. Vehicle was complete as promised.

They did an excellent job, and they were especially professional. We would use them again if need be.

The repairs were fine and the previous damage was not evident and the paint finish and color match were perfect. I wanted to use them again for another body work project, but the shop in Bracken appears to be closed/no longer in business. I don't know about their other location in Bulverde.racken

They didn't put the bumper on straight then argued with us about fixing it. Then after the straightened it they didn't line it up properly to the outer molding of the wheel wells. Plus they left the trunk open while it rained. I was very very disappointed as they have such a good reputation but sure didn't try to make this right.

Experince was great start to finish. Todd was pleseant to deal with. He gae me a detailed estimate and keeped me informed throughout the process. Work was done timely and professionally.

I dropped the car on Wednesday with Eric. I told Eric that I was going on vacation and to take his time. To make a long story short.... Eric did a better job than expected on my 2003 Buick.... I was very pleased when I picked up my car. P.S. Eric stayed very close to his original estimate, in spite on having to order a special wire harness and special bolt... Our bumper had sustained damage from a piece of debris that fell off a truck. After Bracken Collision fixed the bumper, you could not tell our bumper had every sustained any damage.

They did the work promised in the time promised [one day]. They used parts that I supplied them from an old bumper [wrong side] that I had. The rental car was waiting when I arrived early am and I lost no time getting to my scheduled appointments. On my arrival in the afternoon, they were even trying to buff out some of the scratches without charging me further. I just left them the rental and drove off in my own car. Compared to the many other experiences with car repair and body work, these people are really good folks. I have already recommended them to others, but would like to get them on Angie's List so even more could benefit. Thank you for the service you provide.

The passenger side of my pick-up was damaged from the back door all along the panel of the bed. After the insurance adjuster gave the estimate I took the truck to Bracken. They replaced the door and panel with new parts, and took care of all the small details to complete the work. They gave me an estimate that was accurate, the estimated time to complete the work was also correct. John and all the employees are professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and will use this company again.

I contacted Bracken Collision Center on 281 N. for an estimate. The estimate was $661. I took the car in at the appointed time and was able to get a rent car at their location. The work was done ahead of schedule and I was very pleased with the results. I found the entire staff to be courteous as well as professional and I will use this company again should the need arise.

They were very willing to do the work. Explained exactly what he was going to do to repair it and how long it would take. Completed the work to the point of it looking brand new.
