Our first meeting was in July when a door to door salesman came to us with a coupon offer. While usually skeptical about these kinds of things, I asked many questions. Satisfied with the answers, feeling the sales guy was sincere, and realizing that it was a good deal, I purchased their offer. I didn't go in to redeem until Saturday, 6 months later. They got started right away and before we could finish a meal, we had a phone call with a couple of diagnoses and estimates. One of the items was a serious safety issue, and sincere concern for my well-being was displayed. It was more than we wanted to spend at this time. Again, no hard sell here. After coming to an agreement, this provider worked on Sunday and finished the job! I will tell you that while they may not be the cheapest in town, the care, quality and honesty is practiced and I'm happy to pay for those qualities.
