I hired Boricua to build a concrete retaining wall and install a new fence. They did an amazing job—professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. I’m extremely happy with the results and already plan on having them do my patio next. Highly recommend their services!

I recommend this company to anyone needing concrete or metal work. I plan to use this company again for other projects.

I had a huge driveway poured by Miguel. 2 months later, I had nothing but cracks. All Miguel could say was that he did not know why it was cracking. He did a patch job that still fell apart. I finally told him to stay away from my property. I am going to have to hire another company to fix what he did. Please do not hire them. This is one company that needs to be removed from HomeAdvisors. I need to hire and spend more money to remove and fix what they left. Do not hire this company. I wish I could include pictures for everyone to see. Miguel should stick to selling snow cones instead of pouring concrete.

Please save your time and money and hire a real professional. They were nice at first but soon things went down the hill 1) They got the measurements wrong which I had to take it again and correct them 2) I asked Miguel to move my sprinklers before digging and pouring the correct, instead he went and poured the concrete on top of the section control for the sprinklers. It cost me another $500 to get the rest of my sprinklers fixed 3) Once he poured the concrete, i asked him to ensure the elevation 2 inches away from the house which he did not so when it rains we end up with a big puddle in middle. 4) after weeks and weeks of email/phone call etc...he came by and tried to path things up with hand mixed concrete that ended up cracking even before it dried up completely. unless you are looking to burn some money, get a real professional. we gave them second and third chances to correct their work but they since even refused to answer a call/email or a voice mail.

Miguel and Katie kept me informed of the estimate, planning, delivery, work, and finishing process. The price was competitive and fair and the work was done fast and extremely professionally. I am beyond thrilled with our new patio and our driveway extension - they completed two projects in one bid for us and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely recommend them to all of my neighbors!

They provided a detailed an accurate estimate. They did a good job of elvaluating, engineering and implementing the work. They did the work quickly and within the cost estimate they provided. They left the job site clean. Good work!

Was a family effort which as good to see. Very efficient and quality conscience. Didn't do a great job picking up after the job was done and back filling. Overall a great job though!

Miguel Santiago went to great lengths to answer all my questions. When I committed to use Boricua Concrete he adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine which was short notice. He works with a young lady by the name of Katy who was extremely diligent in following up on all the feat ails. Overall Very Well Pleased ! I had the job finished a couple of days ago: 11/27/2016. Great job and well priced!
