"A "D" for pricing? What [Member Name Removed] failed to mention is that our hourly rate also includes a service/dispatch fee. $160 an hour is not a fair analysis of our labor rates, There are a lot of factors that determine the labor prices on any particular job, and it should be noted that we were in the customers attic in "July" ( with temperatures in excess of 160 degrees) pulling the data lines. I do not disagree that there are other electricians that are cheaper than us, but not all electricians have the proper insurance, experience and licensing required by the state of Texas. From my experience cheaper Is not necessarily "better". Take a moment and go online and read all of Bolt Electric's reviews. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. It is never our intention to price gouge any of our customers."
Ronnie was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was an ease to work with. We scheduled the day and time of repair and he showed up right on time. Very punctual and professional. Worked several hours installing our lights and when they came on at night, wow we were amazed how great they looked. He had recommended these lights and they were well worth it.
If you are looking for a dependable, honest, professional, quality electrician Bolt Electric is the company.
Ronnie was also easy to contact by cell to arrange the work, and also texts which is a plus in my book. He came and did the work efficiently, he always asked before he did more that he had planned due to to the nature of the problem. The total for everything for this was about $900.
We liked his work so much we called him back after we replastered the pool and needed the light rewired. We had to call on short notice and he came the next day. He came out and what we thought would be a 30 mintue job turned into a much longer deal, requiring laying new wire from the pool light J box to the switch. After several hours and a lot of new wire to replace what I'm sure was the 1970's original wiring, we had a working pool light! The total cost to us was a little over $200, which was a great bargain given the time and two trips that he made to get the light working. Overall, I highly reccomend Ronnie with Bolt electric, he is always prompt and professional and does great work at a reasonable price. We will definitely be using him again in the future.
I will definitley keep his card handy and hire him again for any electrical problem.
