Bobby and his crew showed up at my house at exactly the time he scheduled.  They worked all day, in very cold weather, to complete the  job.  They cleaned up both inside and out and put up vent that was not a part of the job.  They had to do some  cutting and additional work to get the units installed and did a very neat work.   Bobby and his team were very professional, personable and knowledgable.  I had used Bobby in the past, and found him to be honest and straightforward.   Bobby and his crew made this a very positive experience .
