I would say it started great. I have 2 dogs and the fence was well placed and flush to the ground. Then it came to the front fence and there was an inch of daylight under the entire front fence and over an inch in width on the side of the gate. The previous fence was sturdy and the cement pour on the posts came to the surface and prevented the dogs from digging out. When I saw the fence I expressed my concerns and they said they planned to raise the flag stones. They did but because they moved the fence 4 inches back they expose a lot of space with just landscape stones that could be easily dug up. Within an hour of leaving both dogs escaped under the fence (one is 55 lb Collie Lab mix) I called Raul and asked if he could come over and we could work out a fix. He said he could come on Saturday at 7 am. He no showed and did not call. When I got him by text he said it was raining. I asked him if we could reschedule and it is now a week later and no response since that last text. I even advised that I would pay for any additional work needed to reinforce the front fence and gate. He did not respond to calls or texts. I don't have a problem with an honest mistake. But totally not responding for a week to help work out a fix and check the cement around the poles to make sure the dogs had not damaged it is poor service and downright irresponsible. I will have to pay for another company to redo the gate.

I had my fence replacement completed today and I wanted to share what a wonderful job Raul and his company did. I had a great experience from the very start. He was prompt in getting back to me the same day about coming out for an estimate. Once the estimate was done he was very flexible with arranging the time to start work and he also worked with my neighbor and I in splitting the bill since we have a shared fence. He wouldn't take my payment until he was completely done which was refreshing and very trusting of him. Each day he had to come he gave me advance notice and was exact on the times he provided. He also was very thorough in explaining the process and the materials and the normal maintenance. The most important part was the cost of the job. We had other estimates and his bid came in $850 cheaper than the most expensive bid. I would highly recommend them and would use their services again in the future.

It went great. Raul arrived at the proper time for the estimate and also for the final appointment. He is very polite and explained everything my fence needed. He also gave me a great estimate which was 3X less than the estimate I received from another company. The other company was finding all kinds of excuses why the repair was too difficult and why the whole side of the fence had to be replaced. Raul knew exactly what to do without trying to rip me off and add extra work. He is a real professional and a very kind man. He and his buddy also cleaned up everything very well.

The work was excellent. They gave me an estimate on Monday and were able to come Tuesday to build a new gate. I was very impressed. They hauled off the old gate and posts and I was so pleased. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

R&E landscaping did an awesome job! I strongly recommend them. I was originally only going for one service but after seeing how great they did and their professionalism I decided to do a few more projects around the house. I am a very careful person on who comes into my home but they are very respectful and truthworthy. Highly recommend , wont regret!
