Long stem roses were delivered in a plastic box with water tubes on each stem. I put them in a vase right after receiving them. In 2 days the heads of the roses turned down. In ~ 5 days they died. I called the florist and they told me they would send a small bouquet. He also mentioned the roses were guaranteed. Nothing was ever delivered and the charge remained on our credit card.

Called to order a funeral spray from the grandchildren for the Grandmothers funeral on Friday, the visitation being on Sunday afternoon. Was terribly dissappointed to see such a skimpy arrangement as this was not the picture that was represented in their website. It was supposed to be29" W x 55" H and it was not. The size looked to be only half the size of the picture and the flowers looked wilted and droopy. Called to complain and they were apologetic, offered to send a plant out to the family as compensation. No plant was ever sent.
Would never recommend this to anyone, website misleading and they do not honor their work.
