Everything went better than expected. Turned out great.

It was good. He has his own ideas and uses good materials. It's about 500 psi above what other contractors use and he puts rebar throughout. He makes sure his guys do good work. It really holds up really well. His prices are really reasonable and if you are having issues with an idea and won't know what works he can help you. He's done it so much he knows what works.
