Outstanding! I dropped my mower off for repair on Tuesday afternoon. It was repaired and ready for pick up on Wednesday morning.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a business in a long time.  I dropped off my lawn mower and was told that if the repair was under $80 they would fix it automatically, over $80 they would get my approval.  They asked me to call in two business days for the status of my repair and imagine my shock when I was told the mower was ready and running and the total cost was $31.89!  I couldn't ask for a smoother process and highly recommend this company.  They are honest, upfront and deliver exactly what they promise to do.

I usually don?t write reviews but this place is outstanding.
I have a $200 Home Depot lawnmower which is less 6 months old. A plastic part snapped
off which made the mower totally unusable. The part was attached to the front
axle so that would have required replacement. They were able to do a rebuild and
get me out the next day for under $25.
They are clearly the go to place for any lawn mower repairs in San
Antonio.

They ended up installing a new motor and did a great job!

The place is huge, but evidently very organized.  I took in a lawn mower that wouldn't start.  They fixed it in just a couple of days.  They sharpened my loppers, too.
The price was definitely reasonable, and it didn't take them long to get it done.  I'd definitely use them again.

Blanco Fixit has worked on our lawn mower in the past.. It's a large Toro. When our daughter's Toro Recycler suddenly stopped working, we returned to this great and timely service provider who we originally found on Angie's List.  It's a family business and they take pride in their customer service. 
It turned out the mower needed a part that enabled to spark plug to fire up. They also installed a new spark plug.  We took it in on May 8 and, as promised, it was ready on May 12.  During the summer season, it gets a bit busy. 
The phone number listed on Angie's List, 210-349-1617, is correct.  Sometimes it takes time for them to get from the shop to the front desk.  They will answer your call.

My fairly new lawnmower wouldn't start so I took it in to Blanco Fixit. They had it ready in 1 day - the problem was minor but I didn't feel like putting my mediocre mechanical skills to the test and probably end up having to call the pros anyway. The people were courteous and professional. Punkin, the resident calico cat, was friendly and let me pet her. 
The lady at the counter (don't remember her name, sorry) said the shop had been in that same location, an unairconditioned tin warehouse, since the 1980s. The interior is unpretentious and well-worn with grease and grit blackening every surface - evidence of countless repair jobs before mine. All the signs point to Blanco Fixit being a place that genuinely knows its business.

Read great reviews on Angie's List so I gave them a call.  They were super pleasant and informative.  Brought mower in and received back in less than a week.

The self-propel on my Toro Personal Pace walk behind mower stopped working. I ordered on-line and installed a new transmission and drive belt, but I didn't put it back together correctly so the propel still didn't work.
I took the mower to Blanco Fixit on a Wednesday and was told it would be less than a week.  They had it fixed in two days. Picked it up Friday and it runs good as new!  Thank you Blanco Fixit for excellent work at a very reasonable price!

No service as they were not able to do the work as quick as I needed at the time, of np fault of theirs, I was in a hurry.
