They did a great job. Sam was the name of one of the workers sent to do the job. I bought the stain product I wanted them to use (I bought product that was top rated by Consumer Reports). They powerwashed it one day and came back a few days later to apply the stain. It took 2 half-days of work to apply the stain with brushes. They also fixed a loose board.
