I had called Binz Engleman Glass earlier this Saturday and the gentleman said he would be happy to meet me at his shop in a couple hours. He called me back when he was available and I brought the mirror to him. He cut it to the exact size I needed and sanded the edges. I was very happy to get such a quick response and I appreciated the service.
