We heard great things about Bill Chalker Tree Care from our community. We got three bids they where the lowest and did the most even grinding the stumps. They were fast, professional, great communication and great clean up.

They planted rose bushes knowing that they probably shouldn't and without installing a deterrent for the deer. I had just moved in this home and wasn't aware of how bad they were out here. He also broke a couple of sprinkler heads, didn't get a permit before trimming down oak trees, was never on time, never took care of the bill from the crane to have my daughter's magnolia tree brought in for the one year anniversary of her death. So, I had constables and deputies stopping by my house looking for Billy. Not very professional! He never called me after he finished what he said he was going to do. A call to see if everything was ok and if I was happy with the job that was done. Would have been nice!! Plus he said he would get with me to continue keeping up with my yard, and never did. Very poor service!!

Well they missed the first two appointments. Then when they did come to give us a quote it took a while before we actually received the quote after several calls. They didn't show when they were scheduled to begin. Once they began the job they didn't space the shrubs evenly and I had to ask them to move it. Then their workers broke one of our sprinkler pipes and never mentioned it. Once we discovered it was busted it took multiple calls from both my husband and I before they actually came out to fix it. They came with no tools or supplies, my husband had to help. When tested once they were gone it still was t fixed. My husband just fixed it himself.

Bill came out to give us a new estimate for more work on our trees. When Bill came out to give us our estimate he was on time and very professional. We showed him the cut hose and he said he would replace it right away. We told him he didn't have to make an appointment, that he could just leave the hose on our front porch. A week went by and still no hose. We calledl his office to remind him. Today is 3/13/15 and still no call or hose.
