 + -1 moreIf you buy from them be sure that the item is what you really want. There is a no return policy. Ask to see the sells receipt before you sign it. on the bottom of the receipt it says and I QUOTE NO REFUNDS-NO EXCUSES-NO EXCHANGES-WHATSOEVER Under TEXAS LAW once you sign it, it is the same as a contract. That was what I was told by Legal Services. And they are not very friendly about it, trying to explain to you that you should have read the Receipt before you signed it.
Description of Work: Billy Bobs did not explain to us anything about their return policy before we bought from them , THEY DO NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY..

 + -1 moreI made the call to the store and got a rude sales person. I asked to speak with their manager and got Bill Bob himself. He cursed me out when I told him that his sales person was being rude and difficult to work with.

 + -1 moreSimply made a phone call to inquire about a specific mattress. Owner had a bad attitude, did not want to bother giving pricing info. I rather pay more elsewhere than to keep this particular store in business.
Description of Work: Store owner bothered by questions about products. Very arrogant and unwilling to give pricing information.
