Ask to see the sells receipt before you sign it. on the bottom of the receipt it says and I QUOTE
NO REFUNDS-NO EXCUSES-NO EXCHANGES-WHATSOEVER
Under TEXAS LAW once you sign it, it is the same as a contract. That was what I was told by Legal Services.
And they are not very friendly about it, trying to explain to you that you should have read the Receipt before you signed it.
