Description of Work: Selected an Olhausen pool table at The Billiard Factory. The salesman was very knowledgeable and provided great information on all of the available brands. There was no pressure or up-selling. The delivery team was excellent. The table was assembled and perfectly balanced in an upstairs game room with no problems. They also provided comprehensive advice on the care and maintenance of the table.

 + -1 moreThe "story" is simple: it went great! They had a huge showroom floor with dozens of tables to choose from. We ordered the table and paid for it at the store and a few days later they came and installed it. The installation crew was fast, efficient, careful, and took the time to explain everything. As far as we are concerned, this is the only place to buy a pool/billiards table!

 + -1 morePROFESSIONAL WORKERS THAT CAME AND SET IT UP. RELIABLE AND CONCERNED ABOUT LOCATION OF WHERE POOL TABLE IS PLACED. WORK TO YOUR SATISFACTION. WILL TRADE OUT IF NOT THE RIGHT KIND OF WOOD STAIN THAT GOES TO YOUR DECOR.
Description of Work: POOL TABLE INSTALLED. THE WORKERS MADE SURE THERE WAS ENOUGH ROOM FOR CUE STICKS TO BE ABLE TO WORK WITHOUT HITTING A WALL. WORKERS ALSO MADE SURE THAT SUN/LIGHT WOULD BE A BETTER SPOT, AND WORE FOOTIES ON THERE FEET,SO THEY WON'T MESS UP FLOOR.
