Cut our lawn and broke several sprinkler heads. And didn’t disclose it to us until months later. And only when we were going to have a sprinkler company come out and service our sprinklers for the summer season. When I told Bill about hiring a sprinkler company he was adamant about doing it himself and he would only charge me between 150-180 to check/fix any sprinkler problems. When I confronted him about he said he would fix the sprinkler heads that he knows he broke but gave my an excuse that my grass was to high. But still charged me a higher price because of the height of my grass and never disclosed that he broke the sprinkler heads. Be careful before hiring him do your due diligence.

Received Bill's name from a friend who uses him on a regular basis. Due to all the rain we had this spring, getting an estimate and date to perform work was difficult, however, it was worth the wait. Bill's estimate was reasonable for my yard size. On the day the work was to be completed, his father dumped the compost in front of our house. About an hour later, Bill arrived to complete the work himself. He worked non-stop, with attention to detail, trimming my shrubs exactly how I asked. Many of my neighbors have compost spread where they dump it on the yard and rake it. Bill has a ride on spreader which spread the compost evenly and at the root of the grass. With all the rain we had this spring, none of it washed away. Several friends commented on the great job he did! I will certainly be calling Bill again to complete work in our yard. With his honest pricing and attention to detail, you can't beat it. Thanks Bill!

My yard had gotten quite out of control over the last year, and I was looking for a company that would pretty much do it all. Bill was quick to respond, and went above and beyond to work me into his hectic schedule quickly. He and his workers were polite, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them!

Bill is a hard worker and does very good work. He went through a hard year in 2013 but has been very responsive in 2014 with his dad assisting in estimates for non routine work. Highly recommend.

Bill's Lawn Maintenance has provided us with service on three separate occasions - lawn mowing, shrub trimming, and pressure washing. All three times we were extremely impressed by his industriousness, energy, friendliness, professionalism, and hard work. He performed all 3 jobs above and beyond what was promised, and cleaned up any cuttings. He doesn't do a lot of advertising. I happened to see one of his employees wearing the company logo on his shirt and I asked him for the phone number. We live on the NE side of town. I will not hesitate to use Bill's Lawn Maintenance on a regular basis.
