Big D's Fitness Equipment

How did it go? We were impressed from the first email reply we received from Big D. Big D's was prompt and polite. We worked together to find a day and time that fit both schedules. We had service complete within a week of our original request. The service tech was professional, personable, nice, and intelligent. We have learned now that most fitness equipment service is done for clubs, hotels, schools and other locations that have many treadmills. I was delighted to know that this highly qualified company, who services commercial equipment, was available to service my residential need. I understand the fee for a single unit residential service should be higher than a commercial service fee, but it was reasonable and fair. I'd rather pay $100 to service fee than $1000+ to replace the treadmill. But, when I am ready to replace my six year old treadmill, I'll contact Big D's for advice. We strongly recommend Big D's for residential fitness equipment service.

Did an amazing job, and was very knowledgeable about the machines. I consider the price that we're paying very reasonable. I really like these guys.

We contacted Big D's about a week before the repair based upon the one Angie's List report and other information found about the company. We spoke personally with the owner. A repair was scheduled based upon our schedule for a few days later. The Technician arrived as scheduled and stayed at our house a little over one hour. He added steel plates to slightly raised the unit and spacers under some screws and explained the need. He reviewed his work with me. The cost seemed quite reasonable for a trip and repair. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

I had this company reassembled my home gym after our recent move. there was two gentlemen that came and provided outstanding customer service and assisted with logistics finding the right location for it to fit. the technicians were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for any fitness related needs.
