Outstanding!!! Ours is an older system with a hard to find Myers pump. Big Bexar found one...installed the pump and repaired the circuit going to the pump which had also burned out. The did not badger me with attempts to have the tank replaced, pumped out, upgraded and other shenanigans. Very honest, kept us informed on the status of the pump search and install.

Tech was late twice but did call in time to reschedule. Said system was totally failed and needed to be replaced. A second opinion inspection showed it could be repaired reasonably.

They were very professional. They inspected my septic tank and let me know exactly what was wrong with it, repaired it and saved me a couple thousand dollars.

I felt they were trustworthy, unlike the original company that came and did an inspection for me.
