Over the past four months, I've used Daniel for probably ten jobs, requiring a broad range of construction skills. He has provided quality results every time. I really appreciate his willingness to take on "one of a kind" tasks and figure out workable and affordable solutions. Daniel is also good at staying in touch as projects are progressing. This really helps keep his and my ideas and expectations in synch.

Showed up when he said he would. Took on multiple tasks, and even offered to do a job I was going to hire someone else to do. He did it expertly and for less $$...saved me approx $500. If I need work again, I'll give Daniel a call!

Daniel was great. He took the time to carefully inspect what needed to be done, and found one rotted piece of wood that I missed. He was on time, neat, and his workmanship was spectacular.

Daniel was very prompt and professional. He worked for us for almost three weeks and in that time he worked constantly 6 days a week. We were kept informed of his progress at all times and weâ  re able to ask questions and discuss the project whenever necessary. We are very pleased with the finished project and wonâ  t hesitate to call him for any future remodeling or repair needs.

Daniel gave us an honest realistic appraisal of the work to be done (replacing 50 y/o planter boxes/shutters on home exterior), performed the work expeditiously and kept us updated almost daily on the progress with calls/texts/photos of the work in progress. Actual installation of the completed shutters/planters was very quick. Very dependable/trustworthy.

Mr. Dan is a very reliable handyman. He is always on time, courteous, knows his craft beautifully. He left the working area sparkling clean both days he was working in my house.

Daniel is timely clean extremely knowledgeable and very fair. I would highly recommend him!

Hired him to install my front door and storm door. He put the front door in and had to Fabric a new frame around the front door. He took off all the molding around the front door but left the top molding like we talked about before the job was to start. When it came to installing the storm door it did not fit because he Fabricated the frame to small. I bought my doors at 36inches. He told me to return the storm door for a 35inch one. I went that weekend to return the storm door and no one makes 35inch doors. Since he told me he Specializes in doors he would know that they don t make doors that size. I called him and told him the problem and he said that he would come Mother s Day weekend. When the weekend came he never called or came to fix the frame. My husband called him the following week and he said he was busy but could come fix it in two weeks. He never called and when we tried to get a hold of him the voicemail is full. On top of this or molding has holes where he took it off and told me to cork it. He made a huge mess and I left a review online and replied to me saying there was a mess because I was on the phone. He got spray foam all over my hardwood floor.

I was very satisfied with results. Very easy to work with.

We needed help on what we thought would be a small a project that turned out to be much bigger than expected. Instead of passing the job off, Dan rearranged a few things and was able to see the project through to the end. We are hiring them again to come and fix a few more things around our house as well. Very professional and attention to detail - they will do the job right and always tell it to you straight.

I was very happy that I hiher SAB for my sheetrock project. They came on time everyday and worker for three days. They cleaned up as they went along inside and out and were friendly and very professtional. I recomend SAB and will use them again for project I need done.

He opened the faucet that I could not open.Repair was not needed. He charged $40 for his visit.I will use him again and write further review after he does some work.
