Everything went perfectly. He arrived right on time, very polite, explained everything so that I could understand what was done. Very personable. Have already recommended him to my daughter.

The work was done professionally, efficiently, and properly. Everything was cleaned up and discarded pieces removed by Mr. Rusev. The price was very fair and the new equipment is top of the line. I am exceptionally satisfied that he is a competent tradesman, and very honest. I am a retired Police Officer and go to great pains to talk with people before I hire them to do work on my home to ensure they are of good character and trustworthy. Tsanko is very professional, knows his stuff, and is very conscientious. I have already recommended him to neighbors and am happy to recommend him here on Angie's List. There's just no better plumber! Period!

Tsanko said he would be here between noon and 1:00pm and the doorbell rang at noon. He diagnosed the problem and told us what we would have to do to fix it (replace the valve). I asked him if it made sense to replace the cold water valve at the same time (since he was here and already under the sink) and he agreed it would be smart.

Now I have to say, this is not the first time we have called upon Tsanko. He did the plumbing for us on a bathroom remodel. In both cases, he was very professional and took pride in his work.

I hope we don't need a plumber in the near future but, if we do, there is no doubt we will call BG Plumbing.

1. I called him as soon as I got his message. It was Thursday around 2:30 pm. I told him what I needed he quoted me $180. As I was going out of town for 2 weeks I asked him to either do it Friday or wait 2 weeks. He offered to come over in an hour! He did so and was finished in 45 minutes! I had a 5% coupon from Angie's List and paid $170. I've saved almost as much as the cost of my membership in one use!

Good man, Good Service and will use and tell others about him.

I used this company twice. The first time was in October to reconnect plumbing in the kitchen of a rental house we were selling after putting in granite countertops. He did a great job and was professional and a nice guy too. I used him again to realign my dishwasher, but he couldn't do much because he said the floor was uneven underneath...he gave it a good try and it helped a bit, but he said we need to extend the wood floor all the way back. He is a a nice and very honest guy and I would use him again...very reasonable pricing too....

The owner was very punctual and professional. He provided a competitive bid but was clear what he could and could not perform. His work looks excellent and we have been extremely happy with the new tankless water heater. We have not had issues with flow, or cold water sandwiches. Excellent owner and product.

BG Plumbing gets an A+ for punctuality, communication, and workmanship. The quote that I got over the phone was the price that I paid. The guy arrived exactly when he said he would. My old water heater was removed, a new valve was installed, and the plumbing from the wall was re-oriented in the proper direction. The new water heater works well and does not need a messy, itchy, fiberglass blanket to be energy efficient. Speaking of which, check the PGand E website before selecting a brand/model of water heater. PGand E is very picky about which models do and do not qualify for a rebate. I did not investigate for this purchase because I was in a hurry. Considering that BG Plumbing was flexible on the model of water heater that they installed, next time I will check rebate information before selecting a water heater to be installed. I had a good experience with BG Plumbing and would recommend them.

They were pretty prompt and they showed up the same day. The quote was free.

I got 3 quotes total for a tankless water heater installation. Tsanko was flexible with the time of day for the quote, meeting my schedule for an early AM appt. That helped a lot. BG Plumbing quoted a good price, but required a small amount of prep work that he could not perform (electrical). However the price was accordingly lower when compared to the quote for the full service installation I received. I ended up choosing BG Plumbing and so far I am very happy with the unit operation. I have not noticed any issues with my dishwasher, or clothes washer yet. Of course it is noticeable that hot water takes longer to reach all of my faucets (expected). Other than that, I have no complaints about the product or services that I received and would choose the same again.

I called Tsanko about my plumbing problems and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate.
This was scheduled a week in advance and today, he was on-time, no problems.
He was courteous and took off his shoes when entering my house.
2 of the exterior leaking bibs were mostly straight forward, 1 was harder to access, he took took the time to make a less intrusive opening on the crawl space screen. When joining the supply valve and pipes, he took the time to join the pipes properly so they aren't stressed. He also deburred the pipes before joining, and cleaned off excess flux.
Inspections reported that the tub waste and overflow was leaking, but Tsanko found that it was only the tub drain gasket. He took the time to purchase the correct sized gasket.
I saw that he didn't use excessive force and he takes time to figure out problems. Overall, I am happy with the work that was done.

Had a huge of a problem with the heather in my house. Called in one of the big name companies that wasted my time. Then I looked for someone local and I found BG plumbing. From the moment the tech came in, I felt totally confident he was going to be on it. He came and gave me a lot better estimate than my previous company that I called. After the estimate and my approval to go ahead with the job, the problem was fixed really quick - boom, done. I did not get any sells pitch and how this could be so unsafe to do if not done this way. Overall great experience and I felt his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend.

He was very good. The technician was friendly and efficient. He let me pay with a credit card and answered all my questions. I would hire them again.
