I had to get out of my 2-story house quickly because the stairs were killing me. I went through USAA's MoversAdvantage and interviewed two realtors. Steve struck me as an energenic, friendly person who would agressively market my old house. Even before listing, Steve had lined up some investors (house flippers). This was important because my house was in desperate need of repair on the inside - the outside was in good condition. As soon as the house listed, an investor gave us a pretty good offer and on Steve's recommendation, we took it.

Not all was sunshine and roses, though - unbeknownst to us, our foundation had some issues and the buyer backed out the day before closing. But this is where Steve became our superhero - he continued working with the prospective buyer and the buyer arranged to purchase the home through a different conglomerate of house flippers for the same terms. Steve kept us informed every step of the way, expressing his dismay when the first contract fell through but giving us his honest opinion on whether we should continue with this buyer. We trusted Steve and his instincts and it payed off, the buyer came through as he said he would and we closed on 8/7/15.

I have to give credit to the buyer for agreeing to the original deal, but Steve's attitude and communication with us throughout the entire process was priceless.

Our Realtor was Alan Langhoff...a really nice guy, prompt, nice, professional and very flexible. I would definitely work with him again, and recommend his services to any who are luck enough to work with him. (I put $0 because the seller paid his fees.

I just cancelled my contract because so little was done to market my home. In two months, only one person came thru from another agency. This agency did not show the house once. No suggestions on how to improve my showing, telling me to save my money because and quot;the person who buys it is going to remodel anywayand quot;. There was no communication unless I contacted them first and they didn't even tell me of an open house until late Friday when it was too late to get my lawn service here early. Very disappointed. They rely on their automated programs to send out notices, but fail to communicate on a personal level.

I wrote a letter ending our contract after more than two weeks of extremely poor service, he would not release me. Thus, I did not buy a home but leased for 6 months. I am out 1200 a month in leasing for 6 months due to a contract the realtor would not release me from and would not provide services beyond 5 homes in 3 weeks. I wanted to spend under $260,000 for a home, guess this was too little money for his time. Wish he would have been honest up front that he did not have time for me and I was not spending enough money to warrant his attention.

My home sold in 3 weeks and I got 99% of the prices I was asking for, they also give excellent internet exposure.

She was excellent. She did the job and found a buyer for my home and found me a new one. I never went through with it. I would use her services again in the future.

He was an excellent Realtor. He got an idea of what we wanted and started showing us what we were looking for. He was responsive and kept in touch with us.
