I have been using Best A/C & Heating for 11 years now, I am in a different home as of last year and am using them in this home as well. The house is 20 years old with the original A/C unit, Jerry is always very honest and tells me exactly what it needs to keep it humming along, never tries to push me to replace when the unit still has some life left in it. I use them twice a year for the summer/winter maintenance check ups. John is always very friendly and I know I am in good hands with them. There are times they run a bit behind schedule (depending on the job before) and are late to the appt, but due to the trusting relationship we have, I am able to see past that. Being a female, it is great to know you can trust a company and that they are not trying to pull the wool over your eyes or steal your money.

The air conditioning went  out last night.  I called Best AC this morning.  John came out this morning and fixed the A/C.

We called Best Air Conditioning in the morning and they arrived 3-4 hours later. He was a very honest, knowledgeable Technician. I believe his name was Jerry. They could have charged us much more, but the total cost was only 92.00. It turned out to be a plugged drain line. Honesty is a great quality and we will use them again.

The furnace quit working and I called John about 5:30. He arrived about 30 minutes later and diagnosed the problem. He did not have the necessary part and said he would have to get one the next morning and would be back about 10:30. His worker arrived about that time and fixed the furnace.  He called before coming to let me know some one was on the way.

He is courteous, punctual and reliable.  I couldn't be happier and I've recommended him to several others, including my brother, who continues to use him.  We consider him a trustworthy friend!!

It went well.  He came about 2:00 and checked my air conditioner outside, found it very low in freon, and put in 2 whatever units.  I know freon has gone up a lot.  It cost $200.  Since he came for emergency freon, he did all I needed.  He couldn't check my inside portion of my air conditioner, but gave me a rain check if I need him for the rest of this A/C season.  I am very pleased with Best.

I had an initial quote to replace my Carrier AC coil for $2400 from another company.   On a recommendation of a friend I called Best.  The were fast, knowledgeable and professional.  They accomplished the same service for $900.  WIll definitely use again.

I liked the technician that they sent out.  He told me what he was going to do and he did everything as he said.  He actually had to go get a part for something on our drain line to the outside and the experience was very good.  I thought the price was very fair; he didn’t try to oversell me.  I thought it was easy to kind of do that.  They sent him out very fast and he was right on time.

Our inside air conditioning unit  was leaking a great deal of water and flooding the house. We called on a Sunday morning.  He came out at 6:30 in the evening.  From the moment he entered our home he was hostile to me.He did not listen when I tried to describe the problem and barely listened to my husband.  He was extremely discourteous to me, ordering me around, insulting me, and generally treating me with contempt.  I  never complain about a serviceperson and always give the benefit of the doubt, but I have never encountered such rudeness in an individual who came to our home to perform a service. We had been having a sever leakage problem in our air conditioning.  He insisted that a hole on the outside in our foundation was a drain.  I told him that there had not been any drainage from that hole in the 20 years that we owned the house.  He insisted that I was wrong and had my husband stand there to check as he blew out something in the air conditioner.  This did not cure the problem so he goes to the outside unit and gives it a routine cleaning. Then he says it is all he can do,to call a plumber, and charges us and leaves. Two days later the inside unit leaks and floods the house again.

I've been with them for years and they are great.  They do commercial and residential.  Everything is excellent.  They do our annual check up for our AC and heating, it's not for repairs though. They are professional and on time and I feel like they are very very honest.

Overall.... I was very pleased with the service and price.... This is the forth time I have used John and his company..... If you want an honest a/c man.... John and his crew are your folks........

We have a contract to do the summer and winter maintenance. They have a good price. We've used them for three years and we've never had an issue with them. We did have one issue and they resolved it very quickly and effectively. They come on time and they take time with their work. They give recommendations but they don't push them on us. We wish they would improve their paperwork. They are supposed to call about appointments and sometimes they forget and we have to call. They are very good but not as organized. They are very good about coming out if there is a problem. One year we forgot to renew and when we called they deducted that amount from the contract because we had both missed it.

The technician serviced the units in one hour and reported they were mechanically fine for the winter. We have used Best Air Conditioning since we moved here 5 years ago and have no reason to change.
