Benchmark Home Inspections and Thermal Evaluations

Mr. Pool was responsive and honest during our initial phone conversations.  The price was competitive and he seemed flexible in his pricing.  He was punctual, professional, and quite thorough in his inspection.  He used thermal imaging to support his inspection not in place of it.  After the inspection was performed, he explained his findings in detail and according to the appropriate code/standards.  He did not attempt to lead our conclusions one way or another.  He answered all of our questions and seemed fair and factual.    He sent a detailed written report within hours.
