Description of Work: We arranged to have our roof inspected for openings possibly used by squirrels to gain access to our attic. The representative did a complete assessment and we were very pleased with the service provided.

Description of Work: They were supposed to fix several leaks around the perimeter of the porch roof and a leak by the chimney. After several attempts( and added costs) the warranty was voided by them and they said it wasn't the roof but the chimney, even on the porch leaks that aren't connected to the chimney. Because of lack of rain in the area the only time it would leak is after a good rain so they never were able to find the source of the leaks. We are back were we were before we called them( maybe a bit worse off)and several thousand dollars poorer. The office staff is friendly but the workers are messy.

Description of Work: They had made a circular vent that was placed on top of the chimney.The vent had remained on the top of the chimney for approximately 3 years.A wind storm came and the vent severely dented and smashed.An estimator came from Beldon and said that Beldon never put screws in to secure it.It was just waiting for a good storm to blow the vent off.The estimator said it was beyond warranty and they would not honor ao adjust a price.They would remake and install for $350.00 again.I had a competing company come and they did it for $125.00.This company is overated, and follow-up is inferior.I cannot get up on the roof to inspect their work.I will never use them again

Description of Work: Our home is ~18 years old and the roof needed replacing. We used Beldon 5 years earlier and had the front side of the roof replaced (due to heavy wind/limb damage causing a leak) and were very pleased with the work so we called them to do the remaing three sides of the roof. Victor was prompt is giving an estimate, the was scheduled and the work was done quickly and professionally. Cleanup was awesome and within less than a day the job was completed. Our next project is to replace the second floor deck-once that is torn down, I will call Beldon again to inspect the roofing below the deck and repair any areas causing leaks. The price was competitive, the workmanship astounding, and customer service impeccable. I highly recommend Beldon Roofing.

Description of Work: the salesman measured the approximate area that needed insulation. he then estimated the cost of putting another layer of blown in insulation. the angies list offer of $500 dollars of blown in insulation for $149 dollars was a good introduction to Beldons roofing. I knew that the $149 dollar offer was just part of what it would cost to put down another layer of insullation The estimate of $5200 for additional insulation was unreasonable, in my opinion. i turned down the estimate. the salesman was very respectful and in my opinion was just doing his job of estimating.

Description of Work: The entire process was smooth and easy. James Goodwin was our sales representative and checked on us constantly, which we appreciated. He went to extensive lengths to find us the correct material suitable for an historic district. I cannot praise him highly enough. Using a new material, Beldon had the manufactures representative come out to help teach the men about the product. Also, the team who did the roofing were excellent. They were courteous to us, even to our dog, very careful about our dog's safety. These men were neat, cleaned up every day, and worked hard every day. They placed their equipment exactly where it was out of our way. The entire experience was top notch, everything was cordial, and well worth the money.

Description of Work: I took advantage of their sale for insulation. I had them give me an estimate for the rest of the roof. I have a tri-level house. Even though I could not afford to pay for the upper level of the house they did come out and install the insulation on the lower level of the house. One guy even took pictures of before and after to show me the work that he did. I would not have known how it looked but he took that extra step to show me pictures.

Description of Work: The young man who came to do the estimate was punctual and very professional. The office personal were also very helpful and called when ready for appointment. The only problem was that when the work was going to be done they were very late but when the young men arrived they very apologetic and explained their truck had broke down. They just piled the equipment on their truck so they would not be any later. Once they arrived they were very nice and professional and explained all they were going to do. These things do happen and are not predictable but the way the employees handle it make a big difference as did the Beldon crew did. I was very happy with the work and explanation and apology they gave me.

Description of Work: SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE JOB AS QUOTED AND FOR THE EXPENSE AS QUOTED.ALBERT PENA WAS THE REP FOR THIS JOB AND DID EVERYTHING AS SPECIFIED.ROOF NEEDED PARTIAL REPAIR AND HE DID NOT TRY TO REPAIR THE ENTIRE ROOF.

Before Victor arrived at my home for the estimate, he called and arrived 20 minutes ahead of time. Let me say I have never been treated with such respect and all the information I needed to place my service for Beldon replacing my roof. Victor made it possible to repair my roof before the work starts in 3 weeks. I`m so pleased with my experience and look very forward to the work being done on my roof. Description of Work: VERY NICE ESTIMATOR CAME IN JANUARY. SPENT ALMOST 1 HOUR EXAMINING PROBLEMS AREAS. IT IS NOW MARCH AND HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.
