Beldon LeafGuard

Communication and scheduling were very poor. Installation was poor (acknowledged by Beldon Inspection). After signing a hefty contract was promised a scheduling call within days, a week later I called about scheduling. One call was returned with a schedule that was changed twice. I had a Beldon subcontractor come out and do excellent repair work. Once the subcongtractor was finished I had to call Beldon for a new scheluded tear down of old gutters and new installation. Tear down was fine. I again had to call to get the installation schedule. Once installers began work their machine broke. I was told they did not have a replacement since all of the machines were at roofing work. The breakage was a stripped bolt (Preventive maintenance on a single machine?) next day late the installers had their repaired machine. The workers completed work and asked for payment. When I asked about wavy appearance of the wood wrap I was told it would straighten out on it's own. There was not a final walk around. Hail storm hit and insurance issues with roof delayed any additional contact with Beldon. (No damage to gutters by Hail). After roof installed I discovered additional gutter installation issues while doing a roof replacement walk around. Called Beldon and an agent (Andy ? ) came out and inspected the work. He indicated repairs and in some places replacement would be scheduled. He indicated He would call me back with a repair schedule. Two weeks later ...NO CALL. Highly dissapointed witth Beldon...perhaps the gutter employees should read your ads?
