Belden’s Automotive & Tires on Bulverde Road, is awesome. I trust these guys and will always bring my car to them first. Words cannot express how grateful I am to them for not only fixing my car, but being such genuinely nice people. I will continue taking my car to them, and will recommend them to everyone I know. We live in a fast-paced impersonal world, and it is nice to trust someone and know that they will always do the right thing.

Carl was absolutely excellent! He was attentive to my needs when I had an expired registration ticket. I am new to Belden and he explained services, helped me look into options for my oil change since I have an import and difficult to service. I don’t normally make appointments for my car outside of the dealer BUT Carl made it simple and easy. Sure enough! At my appointment it was exactly what was promised and within the time frame promised. Art completed the oil change and he was very professional, took extra care of my car to make sure it was not stained by oil or debris. Excellent staff at front counter and actively checking on status of cars in the bay, every employee made sure customers were comfortable in the wait room (water, coffee etc). Highly recommend Belden’s! It’s more than just service but the staff are highly knowledgeable! Thank you!!

Very well. Customer service can't be beat. Pricing is always subjective, but with good service and close proximity to our home, we don't need to look elsewhere. Have used them several times and never had an issue

I have used them in the past. I haven't used them for a while but it's not because they did anything terribly wrong. There is another place closer that I like better, just a personal preference kind of thing. It was fine, no problems with it. I had been there maybe 3 times for oil changes thru so many months and they always did a good job on that. I always took my car first thing in the morning so I could wait on it.

They are pretty thorough, and never tried to screw me over, or anything. They were good. They charge more, but I am paying for the liability. They were pretty good. I never had to go back twice to get something fixed. I don't ever gone there with an issue, and they haven't fixed it. I haven't had any big issues. I know my parents have gone to shops, and its happening again. Usually a day. My issues were smaller. The area was clean.

The price is a little high but I do get synthetic oil.
They do good work, the prices again are just steep. I would use them again, only if I had to.

I used them and they're a good company.
They are a professional services.
I'd tell them they did good work but it's expensive.
It took a little bit longer than it should have because they left the window down and during a rain and that's what lowered their score.

I've used a couple of different places of Belden's Automotive. I go there repeatedly because they're very, very trustworthy and always very professional in everything that they do. So I go there repeatedly. Everything they did do was really good. They change oil regularly for me as well. They were professional, on time and they kept in contact with me and they didn't do anything unless I approved it first. They kept the car clean.

It's okay. The price is a little expensive but it's alright. They should lower their prices. The service is overall very good. I wish they could be a little less expensive. They do good service. They're prompt.

They did a great job. The insurance covered about $4000. They did it pretty quick. They had to order the parts from Mercedes. It wasn't their fault, they had to wait a week for parts. The workers were very cordial and very helpful.
