Sharing my experience working with Beat the Heat Tint and Ridge for those considering them for services or partnerships. I originally reached out with interest in ceramic tint and a possible business collaboration. After missing our first appointment (which I fully owned and apologized for), I made multiple respectful attempts to reconnect and move the conversation forward. Instead of addressing the original conversation, the discussion shifted toward unrelated job offers, and clear answers about the original inquiry were never given. When I asked about payment flexibility or referral options, I was met with abrupt shutdowns rather than collaboration or professional follow-up. I’m sharing this to encourage anyone considering doing business here to set very clear expectations up front and be prepared for potential miscommunication. Screenshots of the communication thread are available below for transparency. I believe in giving credit where it’s due — and being honest when professionalism falls short. Update. After I notified the owner about posting my original review, he reached out multiple times. I appreciate that he expressed being busy and preferring phone communication. However, the documented communication history, including texts and time-stamped screenshots, speaks for itself. I want to clarify: I was never seeking "freebies." I was offering a professional opportunity to collaborate based on mutual business value. Despite my efforts to accommodate scheduling and communicate respectfully, the overall tone of the interaction remained cold, dismissive, and rigid — not conducive to building trust or business. I stand by my experience and original review. I hope future interactions with Beat the Heat Tint involve clearer, more respectful communication. I wish them the best moving forward. Further Update: After my initial review, I received multiple communications from the business owner that included attempts to pressure me into removing my review. I stand by my review and have documented my experience factually and respectfully.

It went amazing and we highly recommend Beat the Heat Home Window Tinting. We got our quote and they showed up right on time. We can already tell a difference in the temperature of the house. The look it gives the house is so a plus. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. Call for your quote and they will take care of you. We are very satisfied with the product and service.

Beat the heat team went above and beyond tinting my house. They provided several options and did not use any sales/pressure tactics into getting my business. I am very pleased with the results and plan on using them for all of my home and auto tinting needs.

Uhh.. AMAZING! idk how we ever lived without tinted windows before! We noticed an immediate difference, not only in the temperature of the house, but the glare from the TV and the natural light in our home. The service was super professional and the work was done in a timely manner. I feel bad for homes without tint on their windows now. Every home in south Texas needs to contact Ridge and his team!

Helped source my window blinds installation as well and even helped replace an old window I had during window tint installation wothin 3 days --that speaks volume and will gladly rehire this team for the next property I can get and window tint project. Ridge and the Beat The Heat Team were great. We needed privacy due to all our windows and also wanted to reduce the heat coming in. The difference inside the house is so noticeable especially on the sides where the sun sets when it’s the hottest. Great investment for our home.

I was beyond impressed at how great my windows turned out. On the outside the tint has a cool mirrored like effect that positively adds to the aesthetic of my home. Additionally, and most importantly, I'm able to leave blinds up at all hours of the day without a worry that anyone can look inside.

The before and after is such a huge difference! Could immediately feel the difference in temperature within the house as well. Would definitely recommend tinting your house.
